FootstepEQ Pro stores account email, license status, purchase records, and device activation records needed to operate the product.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers.

The desktop app may send license activation requests and device fingerprints for license enforcement. It does not read game memory or upload game data.

Support requests may require diagnostic information you choose to provide.
