Refund eligibility depends on the purchase type, local law, and whether the license has been used extensively.

For digital lifetime licenses, refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

Subscription cancellations stop future billing. Already-paid subscription periods may remain active until the end of the paid term.

We do not promise that any audio preset will guarantee better gameplay results. Refund decisions should not be based on guaranteed competitive advantage claims.
